Joseph Strauss is a multimedia journalist and creative writer originally from Toronto, currently living in New York City. A staff reporter for the New York Jewish Week, his work has also appeared in Semafor, Grist, The Oregonian, Jewish Telegraphic Agency, the Forward, and SB Nation. He graduated from the University of Toronto and the Columbia Journalism School, where he is currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor in documentary filmmaking.
